WHY MUST I SUBMIT MY W9 INFO?
The purpose of entering your info is consideration for contract gigs and event work. In order to be able to pay you, we're required to collect a W9. It's important we know you have the ability to be paid for contract work before we evaluate you or book you to work at a venue.

HOW DO I GET GIGS?
We use the info you provide us, along with experience, peer reviews and more to match to possible inquiries. You'll receive any offers via email. Offers are first come, first served, and being in our system isn't a guarantee you'll get work. Gig work is competitive. Read more here.

I WAS OFFERED A GIG, BUT WHEN I TRIED TO ACCEPT IT, I RECEIVED AN ERROR MESSAGE
As indicated on the offers, gigs are first come, first served. If you are unable to accept, that means the gig is no longer available. You will receive an email and a copy of the contract when you successfully accept a gig.
HOW DO I KNOW I GOT THE GIG?
As indicated on the offers, gigs are first come, first served. If you sign and accept a gig offer successfully, you will receive 1) a Booking Confirmation email with your signed contract, and 2) Google Calendar invite email for the gig. You can login to our app at anytime at artist.qmusic.co and see your booked gigs

I PLAYED A GIG FOR Q MUSIC, HOW DO I GET PAID?
We've simplified invoicing - all you need to do is fill out an online invoice form via our app or at qmusicpay.com. Once we get your first invoice via that site, we'll send an invitation from Bill.com to securely sign up for direct deposit. If you do not sign up for direct deposit, we'll send a check to the address you provided to us at sign up. All invoices should be sent via our app or qmusicpay.com, not Bill.com. Payment turnaround varies by venue.
