​​Q Music is a booking agency that connects local talent with gig opportunities and events. We are not an employer and non-exclusive; you aren’t under any obligation to accept gig offers by being in our system.


Signing up doesn’t guarantee gig offers, but it does get you into our automated system for available sets and private events. In addition to the info and links you provide, we consider many additional factors such as experience, professionalism, and industry feedback.

How it works

Registration
Create a profile with your artist information including style and format, and upload relevant assets and links along with your W9.

Offers
​​Once in our system, artists will be evaluated for opportunities. If selected, you’ll receive offers via email for gigs, as well as invitations to submit bids for private events. Some gig offers are sent individually, and some are sent to a number of DJs. To accept an offered gig, you'll simply click through on the email, sign, and submit the form. Offers are first come first serve, and you'll receive a confirmation via email of the signed contract when it goes through.

Payment
​After your gig, fill out an invoice via qmusicpay.com.  
Once payment is approved, you'll receive an email to sign up for direct deposit via Bill.com. Otherwise, a check will be sent to the address you place on file. Payment times vary and depend on venues/clients.
